Kanat Sarsembayev appointed head of apparatus of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanat Sarsembayev was appointed head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kanat Sarsembayev was born in 1978 in the South Kazakhstan region.

He graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law.

He began his career in 1998 as a lawyer at the Daneker Institute of International Law and International Business.

From 2000 to 2002, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist at the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2002 to 2005, he was acting senior expert, senior expert, chief expert of the Legislation and Legal Expertise Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2005 to 2011, he was head of the Department of Legal Expertise of the Staff of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2015, he worked as a state inspector of the Department of State Control and Organizational and Territorial Work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2015 to 2017, he was akim of the Uzunkol district of the Kostanay region.

From 2017 to 2019, he worked as the head of the administration of the akim of the North Kazakhstan region.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as executive secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
