Sayan Kuttybayev appointed Deputy Head of Office of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

By the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayan Kuttybayev was appointed Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Sayan Kuttybayev was born in 1986 in Kyzylorda.

He graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting with a degree in International Relations, and Mancosa School of Business with an MBA degree.

He began his career in 2008. Worked in various positions in international (ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC) and Kazakh second-tier banks.

Since 2012, he worked as the Third Secretary of the Department of Foreign Economic Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2019, he worked as the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Finland, the Second Secretary of the Department of External Analysis and Forecasting, the First Secretary of the Department of Eurasian Integration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019, he became Advisor to the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020-2021, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation and Protocol of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2021-2022, he was Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation and Protocol of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On June 29, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
