Vitaly Yaroshenko appointed chairman of Telecommunications Committee

By order of the Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, Vitaly Yaroshenko was appointed chairman of the Telecommunications Committee, the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reports.

Yaroshenko was born in 1977. He graduated from Akmola Agrarian University, Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management.

Since 2003, he has worked in the structural subdivisions of the central government bodies in charge of the communications industry. In 2015–2017, he served as deputy chairman of the Communications and Information Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development, director of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Information and Communications, deputy chairman of the State Control Committee in the Field of Communications, Information and Media of the Ministry of Information and Communications. In 2017–2019 he was deputy chairman of the Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

From February 2019, he served as chairman of the Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
