Kanat Baitov relieved as chair of Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety

By order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Baitov Kanat Kurmashevich was relieved as chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

Baitov was born in 1968 in the Pavlodar region. He graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management.

In different years he worked in the mining and financial sectors.

In 2009–2010, he was head of the metallurgical and chemical industry, in 2010–201, he headed the mining department, 2011–2014, he was head of the mining and metallurgical department of the Industry Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014–2019, he was deputy chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since February 2019, he was deputy chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the MIIR RK. In May 2019, he was appointed chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the MIIIR RK.
