Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC.

In pursuance of the order of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to reduce the number of subsidiaries of the Holding, a decision was made to merge the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture JSC with Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC) JSC.

The functions of the Fund for lending to microbusiness, insurance in crop production and the functions of an agent for the Rural Mortgage within the framework of the project "With a Diploma - to the Village" will be transferred to the ACC, the functions of the Fund on guaranteeing loans will be transferred to the Damu Fund.

The reorganization will allow agricultural producers to receive loans on the basis of one window principle based on the wide branch network of ACC. At the same time, the current conditions for financing agribusiness entities will be preserved.

The meeting participants approved the report on risks for the second quarter of the current year, as well as amendments and additions to the Regulations on the Management Board, Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary and the Corporate Secretary Service of the Holding.
