Askar Tynysbekov appointed chair of the Committee for Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration

By order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Askar Tynysbekov was appointed chair of the Committee for Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Askar Tynysbekov was born in 1964 in the Almaty region. In 1984 he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture, in 1992 — from the Kazakh State Economic University, in 2005 — from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University.

He began his labor activity in 1984 as a sports instructor of the Taldykorgan trust. Over the years, he worked as a trainer-teacher in a children's and youth school, chairman of the committee for physical culture and sports, instructor of the pedagogical department.

In 1991 he began his labor activity in the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1991-1992, he was a state tax inspector of the department of taxation of economic agencies of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region.

In 1992-1994, he was Chief Controller-Auditor of the Department of the Financial Control Committee for the Enbekshikazakh District of the Almaty Region.

In 1994-1996, he was Chief Controller-Auditor of the Department of the State Committee for Financial Control of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Enbekshikazakh District of the Almaty Region.

In 1996, he was Chief Controller-Auditor of the Department of the Committee for financial and currency control under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region.

In 1996-1998, he worked in the Tax Inspectorate for Turksib district of Almaty.

In 1998-2000, he was deputy chair of the Tax Committee for Turksib District of Almaty.

In 2000-2002, he was chair of the Tax Committee for the South Kazakhstan region of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2002 to 2019, he worked in executive positions in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From October 2019, he has been deputy chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
