Marat Orazayev appointed head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan

By Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Marat Orazayev was appointed head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Marat Orazayev was born in 1967 in the East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy as an engineer-economist.

He began his career in 1991 as an economist at the Kazakh Research Institute of Economics and Organization of the Agro-Industrial Complex.

From 1993 to 1999, he held various positions in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 1999 to 2008, he was deputy director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Budget Department, Department of Financial Support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2008-2011, he was vice minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011-2013, he was deputy, inspector of the Administrative Officer of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2013-2015, he was deputy head of the Economic Department of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2015 to 2019, he worked as director of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of JSC National Company Astana EXPO-2017.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as executive secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
