By order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nupirov Zhanibek Maksutovich has been appointed head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Zhanibek Nupirov was born in 1980 in the Kostanay region. In 2001 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, in 2005 - from the Bolashak Karaganda Institute of Actual Education, in 2010 - from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
He began his career in 1999 as a senior treasurer of the payment regulation and control department of the Treasury Department for the city of Astana.
In 2000-2001, he was leading treasurer, Chief Treasurer of the Treasury Department for the city of Astana.
From 2001 to 2006, he held various positions in the structure of the Ministry of Finance - from chief specialist to head of department.
In 2006-2007, he was deputy director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics.
In 2007-2008, he was deputy director of the Department of Analysis and Methodology for Executing the State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008-2010, he was deputy director of the Department for Economic Policy and Forecasting, Deputy Director, Director of the Department of Corporate Development of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.
In 2010-2013, he worked at Accounts Committee for control over the execution of the republican budget.
In 2013-2019, he was consultant, head of the sector of the Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019-2021, he was executive secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
