Video Digest on results of Prime Minister Askar Mamin’s working trip to Kostanay region

  • Aug. 15, 2019, Prime Minister Askar Mamin paid a working visit to the Kostanay region, where he got acquainted with the progress of industrial and infrastructural development of the region.
  • Upon arrival, Askar Mamin examined the progress of the reconstruction of the artificial runway at the airport of Kostanay. The project is planned for completion in November 2019. The expansion of the runway will allow to accept all types of aircraft with a take-off weight of up to 200 tons.
  • On the territory of the Industrial Zone, Askar Mamin inspected the line of manufactured energy-saturated tractors of the Belarus and Kirovets brands. In total, 14 projects are planned for placement in the zone for 350 billion tenge with the creation of 3 thousand jobs.
  • The Head of the Government visited SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP, examined production workshops where assembly, welding and painting of cars, trucks, and bus bodies are underway. The annual production capacity of the enterprise is over 27 thousand vehicles.
  • Here, the prime minister held a republican workshop on automotive and agricultural engineering. The industry is facing a task – to ensure by 2020 the release of up to 100 thousand automobile vehicles per year.
  • During the working trip, Askar Mamin visited the confectionery factory of Bayan Sulu JSC, examined the state of crops on the fields of Zarechnoye LLP farm in Kostanay region.
  • In Zarechnoye village, he visited the Severny microdistrict, where 172 houses were built as part of the Nurly Zher housing program. By the end of this year, 107 will be put into operation.
  • In the afternoon, Prime Minister Askar Mamin visited a number of system-forming enterprises in Rudny: the Sokolovsky quarry of Sokolov-Sarbay mining and processing production association JSC, Rudny cement plant, milk processing and dairy products manufacturing enterprise Lider-2010 LLP.
