Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov introduced the staff of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a new leader — Tamara Duisenova.
Alikhan Smailov emphasized that at present the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population faces large-scale tasks to implement the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan given in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
“The government must fulfill its social obligations to the population in full. It is necessary to carry out effective work to implement anti-crisis measures, create new jobs, provide support to socially vulnerable citizens, and prevent labor disputes. All assigned tasks must be completed in a timely manner and with high quality,” said Smailov.
The Head of Government noted that Duisenova had been working in senior positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population for more than 20 years, made a great contribution to the formation of labor relations and strengthening of social policy in the country.
“Tamara Bosymbekovna is one of the most experienced leaders. We are confident that the new minister will justify the confidence of the Head of State and give an additional impetus to the work of the Ministry,” he said.
Tamara Duisenova was born on Jan. 11, 1965. In 1987 she graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy, majoring in engineer-economist, candidate of economic sciences. She began her career in 1988 as a teacher at a secondary school in informatics in the South Kazakhstan region. From 2014 to 2017 she worked as the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2017-2018 — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since May 5, 2020, she has been Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Head of the Department for Control over Consideration of Appeals of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
