Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin signed the Government Decree No. 713 of Oct. 6, 2021 "On the postponement of holidays in 2022."
“In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the rational use of working time, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides to postpone holidays from Saturday, March 5, 2022 to Monday, March 7, 2022; from Saturday Aug. 27, 2022 to Monday, Aug.29, 2022,” reads the text of the Resolution dated Oct. 6, 2021.
This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
