As earlier reported, the Employment – 2020 Program aims to increase incomes of the population by assisting in promotion of permanent and sustainable employment. 1.5 million people will be embraced with the measures of the Employment Program by 2020 including those aimed at education and assistance in employment.

Z.Issayeva undertook entrepreneurship courses which were organized by the regional commission for employment issues and her project was approved. Presently, the premises for raising cattle have been built, almost 10 jobs have been created. The entrepreneur procured 60 heads of calves of the Kazakh white-head cattle. The construction of a slaughter house will be started soon. Z.Issayeva obtained a credit totaling 3 million tenge for this purpose.

“Thanks to the support rendered by the state, wise decisions made by President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and timely reaction of the state bodies, we will not just create new jobs in villages where it is quite difficult to find a job but restore the Kazakh white-headed cattle breed in our region,” Zhanat Issyaeva said.

Z.Issayeva became a participant of the second direction of the Employment – 2020 Program in September, 2011. She submitted a project on production of the Kazakh white-headed cattle breed for further sale of meat products on the markets of Zyryanovsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk. The project provides for the increase of the number of highly productive cattle in Malevsky district and it is expected to be profitable and has the terms of pay-off period.

“The level of prevented maternal mortality shows the efficiency of air ambulance service. Air ambulance teams saved lives of pregnant women in critical condition due to timely transportation of them to the national clinics,” L. Aktayeva added.

According to Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Medical Holding JSC Lyazzat Aktayeva, positive dynamics has been achieved in the coverage of the regions with sanitary aviation means. Transport medical services are rendered in all regions of the country except for North Kazakhstan region. Six regions have helicopters equipped with medical care units, eight regions – An-2 helicopters. The Center also has An-30 helicopter for long-distance flights.

Besides, Kazakhstan successfully develops air ambulance. The National Air Ambulance Coordination Center was established in July last year. Totally, about 323 flights were made last year. 385 patients were rendered medical care. 220 flights were made in four months of 2012. In 2011, the biggest number of flights was made in order to transport injured people (219). Pediatric emergency calls come the second. Emergency calls in case of traumas take the third place. Four “Eurocopter” helicopters were procured in December 2011. Two K-32 helicopters supplemented the aircraft fleet of the Air Ambulance Coordination Center in May this year. Another six Eurocopters will be procured this year and four Eurocopters and two Mi-171 – in 2013.

84 thousand residents of 212 villages and stations of the country were examined in 2010-2011. Totally, 140 thousand sicknesses including 14 thousand children diseases were exposed. 794 minor operations were made. Specialists of the trains examined 38 thousand people including 12.5 thousand children over 5 months of 2012. Taking into consideration the social importance of these trains, all medical services for the population are free and rendered within the guaranteed volume of free medical care including dental services, S.Okasov said.
